This is a 'craftsman' model kit, with fragile parts, requiring careful assembly.

This precision laser cut model is all-wood (except for the acrylic windows and door panels) . Most pieces are fully cut.

The house features over 100 parts including opening doors.

Most details, including the mahogany shingles are  peel-and-stick. (Shingle colour varies).

While painting is not necessary, experienced modelers will wish to add additional detail and customize the building to suit model layouts. The roof is designed to be removable for interior detailing.
